Most of the abstract works here are actually studies. Some of them have a strong geometric character and rigorous design, while others have been created more spontaneously. In addition, there are a few that have some figurative elements.
Almost all of the paintings in this section have been done with acrylic paints on cardboard (the usual dimensions are 1mx70cm and 50x70cm).
Το όνομα μου είναι Κυριάκος Μαυρίδης. Μου αρέσει να γράφω και να σχεδιάζω ιστορίες χρησιμοποιώντας κόμικς. Δουλεύω, επίσης, σε ζωγραφική, εικονογραφήσεις, καρικατούρες /γελοιογραφίες, σχέδια και animations.
My name is Kyriakos Mauridis. I like to write and draw stories using comics. I, also, work with painting, illustrations, caricatures / cartoons, drawings and animations.
